Team Reps, Officials and Coaches,  

It's hard to believe that the All-Star Meet is here, marking the end of the 2024 Summer Season. The Board would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your support and dedication throughout the season.

As the highlight of our season, the All-Star Meet requires a significant number of volunteers to run smoothly. Teams with the most swimmers are required to contribute more volunteers. There is a Sign-Up Genius link included in this document – please reinforce this with your team and encourage everyone to sign up.

Additionally, we want to remind everyone of the importance of adhering to our code of conduct. Emotions can run high during the meet, but it is essential to maintain respectful communication, understanding, and empathy. Remember, everyone present is a volunteer and genuinely wants the best for all swimmers. We are counting on Team Reps and Coaches to act as a liaison with parents, monitor swimmer behavior and set the example. 

A special thank you goes to the Viperfish Team. It is their first time hosting this event, and we appreciate all the hard work and dedication that goes into making this meet successful.
