Background Checks for all - 18 and over!
All coaches and those over 18 who have direct, daily contact with swimmers need to pass a background check.
USA Swim coaches you can e-mail a screen shot of your credentials to [email protected]. Everyone else should process a Background Check using one of the two companies listed below.
When you receive the background check "pass" notice via email, please forward a copy to [email protected]. Teams/coaches not in compliance are in violation of our insurance policy and will be banned from holding practices or meets.
Teams should gather all background checks for their coaches and send a copy to Katherine Good at [email protected] by May 18, 2026.
