Welcome to the 2025 Summer Season! I’m sure everyone is excited to be back on deck and kicking off another great summer.

A few quick housekeeping reminders as we get started:

• Background Checks: We are still missing background checks for some coaches. Any coach without a completed background check is NOT allowed on deck. Please follow up with your teams to ensure compliance.
• Bills Due: Insurance and SwimTopia fees are due soon. 
• Team Size Survey: If you haven’t already, please complete the [Team Size Survey] as soon as possible. 
• Stroke & Turn Training: As requested, Jay Takach has added one final Stroke & Turn certification session on June 9th at the Ashburn Library. This is the last opportunity to certify new officials this season. Please share this with your families and encourage attendance.
• Meet Intention Form: Attached is the Google Form for meet intentions. [Meet Intention] Please share this with your families.
