ODSL Teams,

Hope everyone had a great Time Trials meet yesterday! Please follow up with any questions you have from your meet. A few important reminders:

1. Final Stroke & Turn Session –TOMORROW,  Monday June 9th at 7 PM @ Ashburn Library

At your request, we've added one final Stroke & Turn session for those still recruiting officials after Time Trials. This is the last opportunity for certification this season. Please make sure anyone who still needs it attends. Contact [email protected] with questions. 

2. Clarification on Timers with Dolphin Timing System

There have been a few questions about timer requirements.

• Each lane must have three times recorded: two from the Dolphin system and one manual timer. While three timers per lane remains a best practice, the league requirement is two timers

3. Ribbons – Final Pickups Needed

Huge thanks to Jackie Ting for organizing the ribbons and to all teams who’ve already picked up. The following teams still need to pick up ribbons: Exeter, Potomac Station, and Rivercrest. Please coordinate with Jackie as soon as possible.

4. Swim Survey – Still Needed from Several Teams

We've only received responses from 24 teams. Please complete the swimmer count survey ASAP. This is critical for insurance and billing purposes. Teams that do not respond will be billed based on last year's numbers, which may create discrepancies if your roster has changed.

5. Division 4 – Still Need a Divisional Host.

We really need to settle a divisional host. Happy to schedule a call to discuss with teams. Kirkpatrick Farms has already hosted many times, and Hartland is new to the league. We are asking other teams to please consider stepping up this season. All other Divisions are set and we are unable to distribute these teams. I will follow up separately with the Division.
