After a short breather from swimming, it is time to regroup for our end of season recap. This is our chance to reflect on what went well this season and what can be improved across the league. It is also your opportunity to voice and discuss any changes you would like us to consider for next season.

Your feedback will help us strengthen scheduling, divisions, all-star times, clarify rules, improve communications, and provide better resources for teams.

Step 2: Join the Annual Member Meeting
As outlined in the ODSL Bylaws, our annual member meeting will take place on:

At this meeting we will discuss survey themes and elect the 2026 board. As a reminder, several board members (myself included) will be stepping down after this season. We already have a couple of volunteers interested in joining the board. We will make introductions and conduct a vote during the meeting.
