Volunteers Needed

Please continue encouraging families to sign up for volunteer positions. This meet cannot happen without everyone doing their part. Thank you to those who have already volunteered and to those going above and beyond with volunteering extra people! If your team does not fulfill your obligations, swimmers will not be able to participate.

Additionally, we would like each team to identify one Medals Volunteer to assist throughout the meet. While this is not a formal volunteer position requiring signup, having a team representative helping with medals will ensure things run smoothly and efficiently.

Team Areas

• Please bring tents for your team area.
• Make sure all swimmers have chairs.
• We are also in need of additional clipboards. If your team can bring any, please label them with your team name and we will gladly return them after the meet.

Parking Information

• Each team will receive one reserved parking space.
• A drop-off area will be available.
• Reserved parking will be located on the left side of our parking lot and along Greenstone Drive.
• All other families should plan to park at:
  • Byrnes Ridge
  • Gum Spring/Mercer Middle School

Live Stream

We are excited to announce that Saturday’s All-Star Meet will be available via live stream for family and friends who are unable to attend in person.

We will share the viewing link and additional details as soon as they become available. Please keep an eye out for a follow-up message.

Warm-Up Schedule

Teams should enter and exit the pool deck promptly at their assigned warm-up times. Each team will have 15 minutes.

** If your team is not listed in the warm-up schedule, do not panic. Your team leadership has opted to hold warm-ups at their home pool. Please contact them first for more information. **

2nd Half Warmups/Break

There will be an OPEN warmup during the ODSL Scholarship presentation and 1st half awards right after backstroke.

Food & Concessions

Chef Alejandro, a favorite on pool decks across the league, will be firing up the grill throughout the meet. Start your morning with one of his famous breakfast burritos, then come back later for hamburgers and hot dogs fresh off the grill. Arrive hungry!

All-Star Well Wishes

We will have a "Good Luck Duck" Station where families can send encouraging messages to their swimmers.

Families may purchase a duck and use a provided Sharpie to write a personalized good-luck message for their swimmer. It's a fun way to celebrate our All-Stars and show your support!

💰 50/50 Raffle

Feeling lucky? Be sure to enter our 50/50 Raffle for a chance to take home a cash prize! Half of the proceeds will go to the winning ticket holder, with the remaining proceeds helping support the All-Star Meet.

The winning ticket will be drawn just before the IM. The winner must be present to claim the prize, so be sure to listen for the announcement and have your ticket handy.

🏕️ Team Area Cleanup & Awards Distribution

In order to receive your team's medals and awards, team areas must be completely cleaned at the conclusion of the meet.

Two Sharks Board Members, who will also be assisting with volunteer check-in, will inspect each team area. Once your area has been approved, your Team Representative will receive a cleanup verification slip. This slip must be presented in order to receive your team's medals and awards.

Please help us leave the facility in great condition by removing all trash, personal belongings, and team supplies before departing. Thank you for your cooperation!
